HOW IT WORKS

We work on a credit system, where 1 credit = 1 class. You buy your credits in advance and then you simply use them to book onto the classes you want!

Our classes can be adapted to all fitness levels, so no prior experience is needed.  Our rule is simple: focus on you. The only person we want you to compete with is yourself.
