What to Expect

SCRAP is our signature boxing class, where it’s 45 minutes of you versus the bag. In four rounds, we’ll take you through the boxer journey from warm up to the final bell until you’re moving like a pro. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or get stronger, boxing workouts are your secret ingredient. Cardio meets strength training, with fast-paced repetition of striking and punching combinations mixed with conditioning body-weight drills. Proven to help you target all major muscle groups and improve both your fitness level and overall strength, these classes will have your whole body working.  No prior boxing experience is needed – our coaches will teach you everything you need to know. We provide all of the equipment you’ll need for the class, including the wraps and gloves, just bring a towel and a bottle of water with you. "Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.
